The SCOBY helps digest the sugar in the tea to produce good bacteria and this my friend is the miracle portion that is known for detoxifying the body and maintaining a healthy gut. Fermentation allows the ingredients to be broken down in such a way that it helps the body absorb the nutrients much better.

We make our kombucha the old-school way, slow brewed in small batches, entirely in glass, using the finest teas. 

Our Kombucha consists of only the highest quality natural ingredients. We brew green or black tea - and in some cases white - sweeten it with cane sugar, and then add SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), which makes the magic happen by absorbing the sugar in the tea - over a 20 day fermentation process - leaving behind an absolutely delicious, fizzy, refreshing, low-calorie and low-sugar beverage, filled with probiotics that are brilliant for your gut.  

Finally, we infuse our Kombucha with Real fruits and herbs, to produce unique, signature flavors!
